    All outgoing packages will go by Standard Parcel rate, 1st or 2nd Class as advertised and prevailing from time to time on http:\/\/www.parcelforce.co.uk or http:\/\/www.royalmail.com<\/p>\n

    We may use another courier to send your parcel if this would be cheaper for us. Your delivery amount is shown on your shopping cart before purchase. We may send your order in multiple shipments, but you will be charged one rate per order.

    Returns Policy @ JoineryFXTools<\/span><\/h3>\n

    If you need to return a product due to a defect, please email joineryfxtools@gmail.com<\/a> .<\/p>\n

    When we have received your request we will e-mail you a Return Merchandise Authorization and an address to send the item, which must be in its original packaging, the Return Merchandise Authorization number written on the package above the delivery address and the original receipt or returns note inside the packaging. You are responsible for arranging courier or return postage. When we receive the package we will reimburse you the cost.<\/p>\n

    You may also return an item if it was ordered by mistake but you will need to pay the return postage. If it is found on examination to be faulty due to misuse we may charge you a restocking fee at our discretion.<\/p>\n

    This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as purchaser.<\/p>\n
